The MF-30 type is a 30 stations glass vial machine that produces glass vial from hollow glass tubes for the medical and pharmaceutical industry. It works in a continuous rotary motion.
The MF-30 is a fully automatic glass vial machine, which can be equipped with a vision control system and a large capacity tube loader, designed for high-speed production.
The quality and reliability of the MF-30 vial forming equipment is recognized by the most famous pharmaceutical companies due to the high quality of the glass vial produced.
With a total of 12 sites throughout Europe and North America, Alcan Pharmaceutical Packaging - Glass tubing is already a key player on the tube drawing, tubular ampoules and tubular vials markets. In addition, it is also a producer of Ampoule Manufacturing Machines & Finishing Lines which can manufacture all forms of ampoules that meet current international standards in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as other types of ampoules used in the veterinary or cosmetics markets.
In 2005, Alcan Pharmaceutical Packaging has reinforced its position as a glass vial producer with the acquisition of the Veramic plant in Belgium.
The partnership with Couquelet will enable the group to offer a wider variety of services and products for the benefit of its existing and new customers.
