| Alcan Packaging has joined the Sustainable Packaging Coalition, an industry working group dedicated to provide a forum for supply chain collaboration; to share best practices and design guidelines; to support innovation and new technologies; and to provide education, resources and tools centered on sustainable packaging.
The not-for-profit coalition now has more than 130 members, representing both large global companies and smaller local enterprises. With a focus on cradle-to-cradle (recyclable) solutions, companies representing all stages on the packaging continuum are members from raw material suppliers and converters like Alcan, to customers and environmental groups.
